The RENTCafé Resident Services Alexa Skill has been designed for communities that use the RENTCafé platform as their Resident Portal. This skill requires you to connect to the RENTCafé platform by using the skill's account linking option, where you would be redirected to a RENTCafé Login Page to enter your RENTCafé user name and password. (If you do not have a RENTCafé user name and password, kindly contact your leasing or property management office).
If your leasing or property management office permits the Payments initiated through Alexa, the RENTCafé Resident Services Alexa Skill can be used to securely check your rental balance as well as initiate a payment request. Payment methods and a security pin needs to be setup in your RENTCafé account using your RENTCafé Web Portal or RENTCafé Resident Mobile App prior to initiating the payment request through the Alexa skill.
