Easily control your VIZIO SmartCast™ TV with just your voice! Ask Alexa to turn the TV on/off, find your favorite movies and TV shows, adjust the volume, and more.

REQUIRED TV SETUP!
Follow these steps to pair your TV with the VIZIO SmartCast skill for Amazon Alexa:
1. Press the VIZIO button or Home button on your remote to launch SmartCast Home on your TV.
2. From the top menu, navigate to Extras and click OK.
3. Highlight and Select "VIZIO Account" and connect your TV to your VIZIO Account by following the on screen instructions. If you do not see this option, skip to step 5.
4. Highlight and Select "Smart Home Settings".
5. Highlight and select "Amazon Alexa".
6. Follow the onscreen steps to pair your TV with your VIZIO Account and enable the Alexa skill.
LINKING YOUR ALEXA DEVICE
For an improved experience, link your Alexa device to control your TV.
1. After enabling the skill, select on "Devices" in the bottom hand menu.
2. Swipe to the end of the list of devices and tap on "All Devices."
3. Select your TV.
4. Find the "Linked Alexa Devices" section and choose your Alexa device from the in-app instructions.
COMMANDS
Here are some of the most common commands to help you get started:
Power Control
"Alexa, turn on/off (TV name)."
Changing Inputs
"Alexa, switch input to HDMI 1 on (TV name)."
"Alexa, switch input to SmartCast."
Launching Apps and Content
"Alexa, open WatchFree Plus on (TV name)."
Volume Controls
"Alexa, set volume to 15 on (TV name)."
"Alexa, turn down the volume."
"Alexa, mute/unmute (TV name)."
Playback Controls *
"Alexa, play on (TV name)."
"Alexa, pause."
"Alexa, fast forward."
"Alexa, rewind."
