It is time to control your air conditioners and heat pumps using simple voice commands. Cielo Breez lets you control your air conditioners and heat pumps smartly. In combination with Alexa, you have even more flexibility and control. Using Cielo Breez with Alexa is simple, convenient, and fun. It saves you energy and reduces your electricity bills for air conditioners. “Cielo Smart Home” our Smart Home Skill for Alexa gives you flexibility and convenience to communicate with Alexa – e.g. now you can ask Alexa to set the temperature of your air conditioner as per your choice, change power settings, and more.

While you configure Alexa for Cielo Breez, you will need:
1. Breez smart Controller.
2. "Cielo Home" app available for Android and iOS platforms.
3. Create a Cielo Home account using the Cielo Home app.
4. Register Breez with your Cielo Home account.
How to Control using Amazon Alexa:
1. You will need a Breez smart controller connected to the internet.
2. An air conditioner for which you have already configured Cielo Breez through the “Cielo Home” app.
How to setup Cielo Smart Home Skill:
To get started, select the Enable Skill button in the “Alexa App”.
Link "Cielo Smart Home" skill with Alexa through the “Cielo Home” app.
As you complete this step, you are all set to control your air conditioners/heat pumps with simple commands. Below are a few sample commands:
Please note, in all commands “Bedroom” is assumed as the "name of your Cielo device” in the Cielo Home App. If you have a different name, please use that one for your voice commands.
Power on/off:
Alexa, turn on the Bedroom.
Alexa, turn off the Bedroom.
Know your current room temperature:
Alexa, what is the temperature of Bedroom?
Know your current set point temperature or mode:
Alexa, what is Bedroom set to?
Setting the temperature:
Alexa, set Bedroom temperature to 72.
OR
Alexa, set Bedroom temperature to 72 degrees.
Increasing the temperature:
Alexa, make Bedroom warmer.
OR
Alexa, increase Bedroom temperature.
OR
Alexa, increase Bedroom temperature by 2 degrees.
Decreasing the temperature:
Alexa, make Bedroom cooler.
OR
Alexa, decrease Bedroom temperature.
OR
Alexa, decrease Bedroom temperature by 2 degrees.
Changing mode:
Alexa, set Bedroom to Heat.
Note: Alexa only supports Heat, Cool, and Auto modes.
Setting Away, Home comfort settings:
You may configure ‘Home’ and ‘Away’ settings through Alexa routines and then use for your Cielo Breez device using Alexa voice commands as:
“Alexa, I am home.”
“Alexa, good night.”
