Crestron's Alexa Skill

Our new and improved skill provides two different sets of functionality:
- Smart Home
- Conference Room

** Smart Home Capabilities **

An Alexa enabled Crestron Home Automation system allows you to do more than just control lights and thermostats. It allows you to talk to your house. Use the full range of Amazon SmartHome commands to control your Crestron system.

Some example requests:
"Alexa, turn on the kitchen lights"
"Alexa, brighten the living room lights"
"Alexa, set the basement thermostat to 70 degrees"

** Conference Room Capabilities **

With Crestron's Alexa skill, you can now interact with your conference room by voice. Use voice commands such as “Alexa, start my meeting”, to automatically connect to the scheduled meeting in the conference room or start an adhoc meeting.

Get started by enabling the Alexa skill in your Alexa for Business account, linking your Crestron account, and adding the skill to the rooms you created in your Alexa for Business account.
